I came to the dealership to service my Toyota Yaris 2010. It only has 54,000 miles on it. They talked me into trading it in and leasing a vehicle. I paid $900 for assorted fees and services. Nothing was explained to me the communication was poor. The communication I did receive was high pressure sales. They didn’t listen to me and assumed certain things which cause me problems in the weeks to follow. When I went back to rectify things they made it my fault as if I should have known what the procedures were for trading in a car and leasing a new car. Having never done that before there were many things I did not know that they did not communicate to me. When I went back in it was finally agreed that they should have communicated better but the joke was on me. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Mike is great!
They are great ! So happy I finally settled on right Toyota to purchase my new Toyota. I met Jane Tenaglia at a charity event and she was so kind and sweet. She does amazing things in our community so I figured I’d give them a shot and as she promised they were great! I love them and love the fact a dealer is so involved in the community.
We bought our Corolla in 2007 through their fleet sales program, and that was smooth. The problem is we have to have this car serviced. The last time we took our Tacoma truck there they said it needed something which they just happened to have on special They did not rotate the tires which had always been part of service.
My wife called for 55K mile service for our Corolla and was told that she should get the “Blue Service” which is for 60K miles. When she said we had always kept the car serviced and she wanted the 55K mile service, he said it had been awhile since you had the filters checked.
I could tell that they were going to claim we needed things whether we did or not. We didn’t make an appointment.
We thought the service department was excellent until about two years ago. Since then it has jumped the shark.
The Worst Dealer and Best Cheaters, I have Ever-seen my complete life. Firstly my plan was buy a car with cash. After conversation with one of the finance Manager then I decided to go Lease. I have leased Toyota Camry 2012, at that time they told some thing, when I was going to sign lease at that time they told different. Initially they told me after a year you have to pay some of Fixed amount (I need not to pay remaining monthly installments) then the car will be yours, After I signed lease documents they told me I have to pay Fixed Amount and Remaining installments.
Before Sign lease agreement my car total prices will be around 21000 Dollars.
After Signed lease agreement my car total price goes to around 30000 Dollars.
Note: Beware of This Dealer.
My Advise: Please visit West Bell Toyota for Car Purchase.
Worse dealership ever! We will never go back to this dealership! Liars, dishonest, sneeky, ignorant, devils, racist, and stealers. I dont recommend going here to buy, trade or sell your vehicle
You are 100% Correct.
DONOT GO HERE. I cannot stress enought that this dealership does and will lie. YOu are told one thing one day; another the next. They actually tried to force me to buy a car that i had never seen. then when they did get the car there; the tried to get me to take delivery at 9 pm without seeing numbers on the cost breakdown knowing once i had taken it, it was mine. THey upsell warranty’s at triple the amount they should go for and then lie in the contract at the amount you paid so if you want a refund you get short changed. TRUST ME I COULD GO ON – do not go here! camelback toyota treated me very nice.
Leased a Prius – paid the preium at the time. Was looking specifically for a 3year lease ONLY, was told they could get me a lease at a specific price. MUCH to my dismay, it turned out, after the fact, that it was a 5 year lease -That point was never mentioned or discussed, let alone clarified- Small detail to their manipulative sales style. I agreed to terms based on a 3 year. Lack of forthrightness, honesty, and integrity with the sales and finance people. Tried to terminate the lease early – management could care less. They got their sale- Car is not worth it. Neither is Right Toyota. Never had an experiience as bad as this. Do yourself a favor and definitely pass on right Toyota.
How does this happen???? Did the contract you sign say it was a 60 month lease?? How does someone sign something with out reading it? We need a stupid consumer site to rate stupid things consumer do like not reading what we sign. Is that our fault or the dealers? So weird!
Back in 2008 I went into this dealership hoping to purchase a newer car because my 2007 Yaris already had 55k miles on it. I was hoping to limit how much I went up in payment, so I told them if they could give me the right price I was wanting to buy a car that day. They showed me a 2009 Toyota Corolla S, I test drove it and fell in love with it. We went back into the office to figure out payments and they eventually suggested leasing because they couldn’t get payments low enough for me on a loan. It was my first time leasing, so I was hesitant, especially when they told me there were no mileage restrictions. We asked more than once and were assured that there were NO mileage restrictions. Sounds too good to be true on a lease, doesn’t it??? Read ahead…
Skip ahead 2 years later when I’m trying to get into a different car and find out that the lessor tacks a huge payment onto the end of lease AND that there WERE, in fact, mileage restrictions. I learned that the lump sum at the end is common for leases, but did they tell me that? No, even though they knew I wanted to lease to buy. Also, luckily I hadn’t hit 66k miles yet or I would’ve been subject to $.15/mile. They also waived GAP coverage on my lease without me knowing it.
I decided to file a complaint against Right with the BBB, after which Mike Winter contacted me to “apologize” and ask if there was any way he could make it right. I’ve since moved away from AZ, so he offered to try and run some numbers on Priuses since they have incentives right now and see about shipping me a car if the numbers worked out. I thought ‘wow, if that works out that’ll be a really nice way to mend the situation.’ Well guess what?? HE NEVER EVEN CALLED BACK! I left him a voicemail and STILL got no call back.
How absolutely horrid and shady their business practices and customer service skills are. DO NOT shop at this dealership. I wouldn’t trust a person there and you’ll only get SCREWED.
Corrected Financing rating to 5 because 3 was in error
Hi,
I want to report a poor purchasing experience with this dealership. We had agreed on a price for the new vehicle and for the trade in and signed preliminary contract. The new car had to be ordered and would take 4 weeks. My trade in was a 2007 with 98K miles (I put a lot of miles on the car). I asked specifically if there is any problem with me continuing to drive the car while I waited for the new one to come in. They said “just take good care of the car”. There were no stipulations set about mileage, etc.
When the new car arrived (picked up 6 weeks after contract) and I came in to pick it up, they were upset that I have driven the car over the 100K barrier. They wanted to take away $1500 in the trade in.
I was upset with them that they were not clear at all about any stipulations in the trade in and furthermore, based on my rate of use of the car, they should have expected the car to have more miles on it than from 6 weeks prior.
I requested a refund on my deposit (which took 7 business days to receive- after pestering them) and took my business to another Toyota dealership.
The salesperson I dealt with was very good, professional. But his internet boss was not nice, unprofessional and rude. (he was the one who changed the conditions) I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership again!
I am an out of state buyer simply giving you my experience in doing business with these dealer. I located a 2008 Tundra online that had all of the options and features including color at this dealer. I made a call and negotiated the price with the sales manager, which in-turn handed the sale to a salesman. https://cardealercheck.com/forum//forum/images/smilies/smile.gifThe salesman did his job as one expected, so I’m not going to name him. However, the finance department is a place for caution, these guys will rig your numbers and add things you don’t need or are already included on the vehicle, https://cardealercheck.com/forum//forum/images/smilies/confused.gifAlarm ($895.00) Extended Warranty 100mi ($2,000.00) So you got to watch out for this kinda racket. What really disappointed me is not the extra out of pocket charges, it’s the dishonest or lack of disregard for there grand that really makes them on of the worst dealers in the US. My truck had encountered a collision about two months before purchase at this dealer (salesman drove another tundra into it), records indicate that the truck was fixed and repainted at (Rick’s Auto body), however the dealer did not disclose the incident. One year later I took the truck in for service at my local dealer and the service rep pointed out that there was an area of degrading paintwork and bubbling of the paint.https://cardealercheck.com/forum//forum/images/smilies/eek.gif I had no idea this was a problem until it was pointed out to me(one year later). https://cardealercheck.com/forum//forum/images/smilies/frown.gifThe point is, if I had known this truck was in an accident prior to my purchase, I would have decided to by a different truck. This dealer, sold me a truck that does not have the factory conditions for being NEW. A simple disclosure would have been the honest thing to do. The way I see it is they have sold me damaged goods past on as NEW. https://cardealercheck.com/forum//forum/images/smilies/devil.gifThis is an out right disregard for the Toyota Brand, they have no morals nor any sense of honesty towards there clients. THIS IS A BUYER BEWARE DEALER. Highly NOT!! Recommended place to buy anything.
I am appalled at the attitude of this dealership. I called to schedule an appointment to have my recalled vehicle repaired and was told that I would have to leave my at the shop ALL DAY! This is a problem caused by Toyota and I have to leave my car all day? Right Toyota did not try to make any accomodations for me, a customer who not only bought my car at their dealership, but also had my car serviced there. However, they did have time to fix all the recalled cars they had on their lot, but don’t seem to be making any special accomodations for its own customers to whom they sold cars. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!

On top of this, the Assistant Service Manager’s (Mike) attitude was terrible. He acted as if he was doing me a favor by offering to repair my car at a later day. And when I told him I didn’t want to wait, he said, “Well, have you had any problems with it so far?” Is he serious??? So I just wait until the accelerator gets stuck before I bring it in? DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!
Worst dealership I have ever been to! Deal that was agreed upon was not the same deal that came out of financing. Finance department is the worst, I was charged with add on’s that I didn’t request and they refused to remove any of them.
Bait and Switch is the best way to describe what they did. I was charged almost $4000 over the sticker price of the car when I brought it to their attention they quickly changed the contract, but tried to hide it by charging me $1400.00 for AUTOCARE. When I questioned the “autocare” I was told that amount was for oil changes. I could get 6 oil changes a year for 10 years before I would spend that on an oil change. I repeatedly ask then to remove it, they refused of course.
I was told to call and cancel it after 30 days, so they could get their money from the bank!!!!! HORRIBLE dealersip!!! 😡
They are a really good store. I went to them after I had a bad experience at another store and was greeted with open arms. They even fix some items that I feel were damaged by another shop at no cost to me. I enjoyed walking around the store and reading all the great letters from other customers and looking at the picture of all the community work the employees do to support the community. I have never heard of a car dealer caring about giving back to there community that was odd to see and defiantly made me feel good about trusting them with my FJ. I would recommend them to anyone. I am looking forward to a long term relationship with Right Toyota. :D:D:D:D:D:D

Went in this weekend to take advantage on the free oil change coupon they gave me when I purchased my new 4runner and it went great just as I knew it would. Not only did they give me the service for free but they washed my car and all done in under an hour. I am very pleased!
They are alway helpfully and courteous. They are one of the best in town!!!!:p

Worst experience of my life! My fiance and I werre lied to countless amount of times by every manager of the service department. I brought my issue to managment so they tried to push me out of my car and into a car I hated so I brought my issue to costumer service manger, Jane. Jane Tenalgia proceeded to make more promises and build hopes that my vehicle would be fixed and she would have an actual toyota tech come to check it out. Never got any messages for this tech to come look at my truck. We went back into Right Toyota to speak with Jane and explain once again our frustration and she decided it would be appropriate to stand up and scream and yell at us, calling us babies and telling us she was sick of our “bull shit”. I will never step foot near a toyota dealership and I hope no one else will ever have to experience what we have been going through for almost a year now!
WOW, What a story you made up here. You fail to mention that your car was almost totaled when it was hit by a Semi-truck. Jane is only 5foot tall and weight only 100 pounds and she was being yelled at by a man of over twice her size. I am in no way related to anyone who works at the dealership I just happened to be there for an event the day you were in her office screaming and she was asking you to leave. I inquired with the dealership to see how they handled your concern and they told me you place a concern on this board and I was compelled to respond and let you know you are the problem not the associates at Right Toyota.
Sincerely,
Sam
The car being in an accident has NOTHING to do with costumer service. The man twice her size yelling at her happened AFTER she exploded. I simply showed an e-mail between her and I when she began screaming calling us “babies” and “sick of our bull shit”. What you think of us is no excuse for this kind of costumer service. Thanks for your concern! 😀
What is costomer service?????????????????? “O” miss educated do you mean Customer Service? Maybe you miss communicate like you miss spell.

They are great! They took all the nervous feelings you usually get when buying a car away. Great price, people and inventory. I got one year of free oil changes when I purchased my car and look forward to working with the service department in the future and assume they will be just as kind as everyone in the sales department.:p:p:p:p
