My Rick Matthews Buick Pontiac GMC reviewI just visited Rick Mathews and purchased a 2012 GMC Sierra. The experience was awesome. The dealership treated my very well. I recieved full value on my trade in and a very fair price on the new truck that I purchased. This is the third new vehicle that I have purcased from Rick Mathews and drive all the way from Pinellas County just to use this dealership. These are very honest people and I highly reccomend them to anyone interested in a new vehicle. The salesman Curtis was outstanding. Looking forward to future business with this dealership.

My Rick Matthews Buick Pontiac GMC reviewI had a terrible time at this dealership. Vic the used car manager, was very rude to me and my wife. He told us to get out of his store, when all we were doing was adressing a issue that we had. I am very upset with this dealership. Make sure you get everything in writing that is promissed to you, if not you may never get it. Or may get yelled at by VIC. Also Jeff the internet sales manager lied to me about a full tank of gas and Lied to VIC about telling me that. Overall the dealership is rude and lies. Thanks and be very careful shopping here, I recoment CRYSTAL AUTOMOTIVE!!!! Very Very nice people and honest. they have 5 locations to serve you better and tons of inventory. Please choose your dealership right. Go to homosassa NISSAN and ask for sales man DAVE MILIMAN. He is the best, tell him BRANDON sent you!!!!!!!!!!!!
We here at Rick Matthews Buick GMC are firm believers in freedom of speech, however, we also believe in the truth, integrity and LOYALTY. Unfortunately, a disgruntled customer can twist the truth shamelessly. My question to Brandon is, if Dave in Homosassa is the “best” salesperson, why did you not choose to purchase from him in the first place? I am sure he would like to know the answer to that one. We pride ourselves in knowing we have thousands of loyal customers…to them we owe our thanks and gratitude.
Your angry combative response to the customer complaint lends credibility to his review. A controlled response, expressing regret that the customer had an unpleasant experience, would have gone a long way toward mitigating the customer’s negative comments.
I just wanted to let you know that I knew Dave Milliman as a great salesman. This is coming from someone who works in the business, but not with Dave. He unfortunately passed away in December. So, if you did take this gentleman’s advice and want to look for him, he’s no longer there.

My Rick Matthews Buick Pontiac GMC reviewDropped car off to have leaking intake manifold gasket replaced. Dealership driver took me home. Received call car was ready & driver took me back to dealership. Service adviser Donnie stated Technician called that car has misfire & needs a coil. The car was running fine when I took it in. Donnie stated a new coil would be $190. My bill was already $728. I told Donnie I could not afford the expensive coil. He told me to wait. The car was ready at 5:30pm. I started the car & it would hardly run. It shook, service engine light was flashing & an alarm was going off. Service dept was now closed so I drove to an auto parts store where they scanned my engine computer which showed #6 misfire. I purchased a new coil for $26 & installed it myself. Car runs great. Sounds like an atempted rip off to me
Beware of Rick mathews service dept!.
