Phil Campbell has been very professional and extremely helpful. He has certainly made me feel like a valued customer. Phil took all measures to ensure that the transaction was done to my satisfaction.
Our service coordinator – Richard Lombardi is simply outstanding, courteous. Makes sure everything is in order, communicates very well.
Very professional staff. Prestige is the only place I take my cars for service.
Steve was great, good communication, thorough and a pleasure to deal with.

Myadvisor was Mr. Richard Lombardi. He was very helpful and professional. He gaveme updates on the repair status so I didn’t need to wonder what was going on.after I picked up my vehicle, he also gave me a follow up call to see ifeverything was satisfactory. I thank him for his help in getting my vehiclerepaired.
The experience at the dealership and with the SalesConsultant and the delivery person were exceptional. This is an extremely wellrun operation. They deserve their well earned reputation.
We were referred to Matt, who worked with us to find the right car and give us the best deal. We were then taken care of by Dave Donals to complete the sales, etc. We are now loyal Mercedes Benz customers and will remain loyal to Prestige. Will refer all friends and family to your fine establishment. A HUGE thank you to all of you! You are extremely professional and we appreciate the attention you gave us.
Eric LaBerge was so very helpful and helped work through the pricing and selection. This is my first Mercedes – GLK 350, and I’m really happy with it! Erik was so awesome quickly setting me up with my iPod connection so quickly with no trouble at all! Happy happy customer here!
I would definitely go back to Prestige Mercedes Benz in the future and refer them to my friends! They went above and beyond to help me with my car. Steve Lapidus is great! He was honest and made me feel comfortable and not pressured. My car is awesome too!
Everyone at the dealership went well… Good customer service and exceeded expectations. Keep up the great work!
I found this dealership to be very arrogant – all I heard from them was how they are the largest # 1 dealer on the East Coast – sure the place is big – but I was told one thing on prices on the phone and then another thing in person – and like this other review here I read, they tried to rake me over the coals with my trade in which turned out to be $3000 lower than what the other dealer I bought from gave me. They also claimed that there were certain problems with my car which there never was. They made me feel extremely angry – I just walked out. They said they would call me and offer me a very competitive deal and basically just never called me back. And I dealt with about 4 people – as opposed to Morristown Mercedes where I dealt with one guy, bought my vehicle from one guy – no middle man, no meet my manager crap.
Dont go to Prestige – you will be sorry – this is like everything bad you read about car salesman and there are actually very honest ones out there.

These guys are a joke. Had a deal in place with another dealer but they persisted in calling from my initials talks -said they were number 1 on the east coast and competitive with any other dealer. They told me a lease deal on the phone and then when I showed up (having another deal basically solidified but figured I would make the trek and listen to these guys) they questioned the offer THET made on the phone and asked if I had written proof since the guy (who told me to bring my trade in into the dealer as the last step) had left for the day. When I showed him an email of me confirming the numbers the dealership quoted me, the newest salesman asked if I had anything in writing from their lead guy. Of course I had his response saying just bring the trade in vehicle as the last step. Next I come in, and I am accused that the hood, trunk and side door are not the original parts of the car because they dont have the VIN sticker. The car must have been in a major crash before it was purchased at Nissan with 7K miles on it. Now my girlfriend calls Nissan while I am standing at this Mercedes dealer feeling like a crook only to find out that the Nissan guy knows the people over at prestige who are idiots if they dont know by now that Nissan does not Vin sticker all the parts. It was just one embarassment after another – worst dealership I have ever been to. Of course the guys appraising the trade in are not appraisers, they have the appraiser on the phone as they try to appraise the car. The guy at Nissan knew this guy at Prestige and said he was a joke still pulling the BS with his appraising.
i am telling you people, avoid this place like the plague.
