My Prestige Lexus reviewVery unprofessional GM (Joseph Collado). I drove 2 hours to look at a car I saw online which I was very interested in. Joseph actually told me I cannot test drive the car unless I buy the car!!!! Very unprofessional! I came already approved to buy the car too. Awful. Not worth making the trip to this dealership. I’ve never had this type of experience in my life and of all places a Lexus dealership. Joseph is not a good representative of the Lexus brand. I’ve bought from a Lexus dealership before and this was quite the opposite from what I was used to! I felt like I was lied to as well because when I asked about the car he said the car was getting wholesaled the next day. He didn’t realize that I knew it was on an Ebay auction and still had 4 days ago. Meanwhile he was clear that the retail price was non-negotiable. This guy was just a jerk! By far the worst pe
