Selling a Chevy isn?t hard. People know and trust the brand that has been one of the best selling for decades. At Pohanka Chevrolet, our philosophy is simple. If we sell the best vehicles at the lowest prices and treat our customers with respect, we will be successful. As one of several Washington DC Chevrolet Dealers, we understand that being successful means being the best.

The service advisor not only ignored me when I entered the service lane for almost a full minute (I was standing in front of him) but he neglected to contact me about work the technician recommended on the vehicle. Of the work recommended, 1 item had JUST been done, 1 item was misdiagnosed (they recommended a tie rod end when the problem was a control arm), they recommended fixing a leak that did not exist, and they TOTALLY missed 3 lights that were not working – even though the check out sheet said they were fine. A week after I was there one of my center caps came off when I was driving so I had to spend $70 to replace it – of course it wasn’t their fault.
SO…if you want your vehicle mis-diagnosed, failed parts missed, and services recommended that DON’T NEED TO BE DONE, take your vehicle to Pohanka Chevrolet in Chantilly, VA. Also make sure to get Jason Bennett as your Service Advisor and Drake Shaw as your Service Manager – you’ll get the same kind of service that I did.
Pohanka is a large volume dealer, and they have great service hours. I recommend them if you need to get an oil change at 7:00pm or any other simple procedures. If you have anything that requires complicated diagnosis or lots of hours of effort, I would go somewhere else. Their maintenance techs are not technically the best. They can follow a procedure and pull and replace items, but I’ve not had great experience with their logical diagnosis skills. Usually I have to tell them what is wrong. Their most experienced mechanic lacks some basic electrical troubleshooting skills. The staff is always friendly and courteous.
