This car dealership has dishonest practices. After dealing with several Jeep dealers, I called this dealership to speak to a sales manager about trading in my lease for two new leases. I was honest about my situation because I knew that previous dealers were not looking to be accommodating and just wanted to get me in through the door to talk me into some terrible deal. I spoke to a woman named Lisa who passed herself off as a sales person and says she was talking to a sales manager. But apparently, she was lying to me. I told her that I was 2 hours away from their dealership and if I could not get the deal I was looking for that I would understand and not take that long trip. She guaranteed a deal for me and told me to be there at 8:45am and that she would be there to help me. I got there at 8:30am and Lisa was not there. Apparently she was not even a sales person. When I got there, quickly they put us to test drive two cars and didn’t even consider the situation I was presenting. Later on the sales person comes back with a paper with the most outrageous numbers for two leases. I explained to him that paying over $600 a month for a leased Jeep Compass was not justified nor even possible. I spoke to the sales manager Matt and he just turned me away. Did you have to be so dishonest and money hungry to make me drive for 5 hours in total just to lie to me? Matt Lavender – you are a dishonest sales manager, LIsa – you are a dishonest employee. MIke Smith – not your fault – you work for a dishonest company. You are a good man. Find an honest dealership. I will tell you right now it is not with Jeep. I have all telephone conversations recorded, I carried a tape recorder to the dealership and I will be posting to my social media of 65k members and my organization as well – technitedwestand.org – regarding your dishonest practices. I am writing formal letters to Jeep and their executives that I am familiar with regarding the practices of this dealership. Those that are shopping for a car should read the lowest star reviews first. So they at least know they are dealing with dishonest representatives.
