I will never go back there or send my worst enemy. I was scammed. Forced to buy gap insurance which I found out is voluntary and ILLEGAL for dealer or bank to require. I was not given copies of my paper work that I signed. When I asked for the name of the bank I was told “the computers are down” and got no answer. I think the Attorney General would love to hear about this one!
i had a very horrible experience with this dealership and i would not recommend this dealership to anyone, not even to my 2 year old daughter, they are horrible. I called elyse crawford a sales person at least that is what she told me I informed her of mu situation and I told her that I did not have any money up front, but if thehy would be willing to work with me btwn paychecks, she told me to go online and fill out an application which i did, she then called me back and told me i was approved for a loan, and when can i come in. I stated to her again that i did not have any money upfront, and she said no problem we can help you just come on in. I told her that i would be coming by a taxi after work bc that is what i was susing to get back and forth from work. i also told her that if you all can’t really help then don’t tell me to come down. I spent 50 dollars in a taxi to go downn their the next day thinking that i would be driving home in a vehicle, bc i had already informed elyse crawford of my situation upfront i was very honest about eveything, she was not. when i get there i am thinking elyse is going to help me and she send out this guy by the name of brad knorr to help me, right off the bat i knew he didn;t know what he was doing, he couldn’t negotiate anything, he was very fresh and a baby in the business, but i went on to see what he was capable of, really wasnt much. He went and spoke with manager ed castillo, and he was basically an asshole and not very much help eithier. basically to sum this up this is a very dishonest dealership if you are an honest person, then RUN RUN RUN far away from this dealership cause nothing is honest about them. Ed castillo who is the manager is a very rude and and sarcastic and nasty individual, I would not recommend dealing with him in any shape form or fashion, and his cohost brad knorr is right with him…they will tell you anything to get you in their so please do your homework before going to this dealership, a lot of lies and false promises.
I too was duped. I was forced to buy gap insurance, which is voluntary but was told if I dont they wont give me the loan. They wouldnt give me copies of the paper work. I was scammed in plain English. Have a lawyers appointment tomorrow.
