I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership!!!! I purchased a BMW for $17,000.00 on Saturday, Feb. 13th. The deal included trading in my existing vehicle for $500 less than the balanced owed, which I paid so the vehicle was an even trade. That very night the service engine light came on and I notified the salesperson immediately the next day, Sunday the 14th of February. She didn’t return my call until Tuesday. Almost a full week after the issue began I was instructed to bring the vehicle into the dealership on Friday, Feb. 19th. I left work early and drove to Hobbs only to be informed after waiting 20 minutes that they could not do anything until Monday, Feb. 22nd and to drive the vehicle for the weekend.
On Monday, Feb. 22nd around 5 p.m. they finally picked up my vehicle and provided me a loaner. On Friday, Feb. 26th I informed the dealership I wanted my original vehicle back. Instead the dealership delivered the BMW to me and picked up the loaner. Within 20 minutes of dropping off the BMW to me another service light came on. I immediately called the salesperson who said she would tell the manager. However, when they dropped off the BMW, which I informed them I no longer wanted, they left me a deal worksheet with instructions on how to get my original vehicle back. Imagine my surprise that I purchased the BMW for $17000, traded in a vehicle for what was owed on it, and they were willing to reverse the sale for $5000 from me. So basically they expect me to pay $5000 for having in my possession one BMW for 13 days all of which were awaiting service????? Our state has a 15 day clause in the lemon law and I believe Permian Ford is trying to stall this process so they can stick me with a lemon.
