I purchased a BMW 3 series convertible last June and I have to say that I was quite impressed with my sales advisor Christian. Christian thoroughly explained everything and nothing was a surprise, everything was clear concise and direct. There were no questions left unanswered, he knew everything about the vehicle and I’m glad to say that we negotiated a very fair deal. I also like the fact that Christian offered me different options based on my budget and talked to me about the benefits of all Paul Miller BMW has to offer (lease vs finance or certified vs new).
I contacted him again to make another purchase by the end of this month, I told him the car I wanted and the features and since he already has my information he ordered the car for me and offered to deliver the car to my house along with the documents that need my signature. Can you believe this I don’t even have to go the dealership! Christian definitely went the extra mile and exceeded my expectations.
I brought my vehicle there to have routine maintenence done as I was planning a trip down south. I asked then to go over vehicle and please do what was needed…I was charged over three thousand for an oil change and brakes. Less than 6 months later my car dies with out warning…I bring it back to them and was told it needed another 800 dollars of repairs!!!!! I declined wotk after being treated like they were doing me a favor by looking at my car.I don’t know if it was because I was a woman or not but I declined work and took it to another BMW dealership…I get a call from Paul Miller and they told me they FORGOT TO PUT THE ENGINE COVER BACK ON!!!! NICE HUH!I then take it to another dealer and said the repairs PAUL MILLER found were not needed…THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME AND DO NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!NOTHING I have contacted the BBB I hope they get shut down…..
I personally thought the service and the prices are not compeditive to other BMW dealers. When this was Wayne BMW I loved it! I never had a problem and was treated like a VIP! Even the lease deal was easy, 1/2 an hour and I had the deal I wanted. Paul Miller was different. Once my lease was up I came back for another one only to find out that Paul Miller bought out Wayne BMW. So I gave them a shot and that was a mistake! It took me two hours to get a deal on a lease and I had to settle. Plus when I went to pick up my car they gave me a problem with my return lease saying it needed tires, etc. So I had to fight them again, only to see my convertiable with the same tires I had be sold a week later for 2k under what I paid for it 2 years prior. Then my new BMW needed service and they had it for over 3 weeks and gave me a problem with a loaner car! It was not a good experience with this dealership and I would not recommend them! 😡
